Events and Booking Open Spaces

Thank you for your interest in booking one of our halls or council-owned open spaces. We currently offer the following outdoor locations:

• Woodside Hall
• Waterside Recreational Ground
• Runnymede Open Space
• Woodside Open Space
• King Georges Open Space
• Labworth Open Space
• Other

If you would like to host an event with us, please complete the short contact form below with your event details. This will allow our team to check availability for your preferred date and location.

Once availability has been confirmed, we will send you the relevant booking documentation for completion. Please note that these forms must be returned before your booking can be confirmed and finalised.

If your event will involve the sale of alcohol, the sale of food, or is expected to attract more than 499 attendees, you will also need to complete an additional application form. Please click here to access this form.
