To secure your booking, the full payment for the softplay and party room must be made on the date of booking.
To cancel a notice period of 72 hours is required or full payment will be taken
When placing your food order, please make us aware of any allergies/ dietary requirements.
Your allocated time for food is set and we are unable to change this on the day of your party.
